FLOR 401 Lofts

401 E 7th St, Los Angeles, CA 90014

Project Description

The Lofts is a government housing project built in 2020 that provides homes for veterans experiencing homelessness, low-income individuals, and those with special needs.

The architect chose Waterson hinges for a more attractive and less obtrusive hardware to apply their front doors, as they required that the entrances should “give the feeling that someone cared about the residents”.
