350 Boylston Street Project | Chestnut Hill, MA

350 Boylston Street Project | Chestnut Hill, MA

Project Description

The 350 Boylston Street project is a nine-story commercial building with office and retail space. This large-scale project urgently required self-closing hinges for 143 doors.

The doors measure about 8 feet tall, 1-3/4″ thick, and weigh around 200 lbs. They chose Waterson self closing hinges for the controlled closing performance and clean architectural appearance.

Additionally, they also installed 118 pieces of Waterson door stoppers that hold the door at a 90-degree angle and prevent it from hitting the wall, improving the overall experience.
