Block 216 Ritz Carlton | Portland, OR
Project Description
Block 216 is an elegant 35-story “gem”-shaped mixed-use tower offering Class-A office space and extensive amenities provided by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, including a spa, pool, dining, and tenant lounges.
They required self closing door hinges for 147 oversized openings, each measuring approximately 8 feet and weighing 250 pounds. For this heavy duty project, they trusted Waterson self closing hinges to provide reliable closing in their luxurious office building.
Additionally, they also required 294 pieces of Waterson door stoppers that hold the door at a 90-degree angle and prevent it from hitting the wall, improving the overall experience.
