Yes, for qualifying project orders.
For smaller orders—typically 1 to 10 doors—our quotations and payments are generally handled in U.S. dollars (USD).
For larger commercial, multifamily, institutional, or other project-based orders, we can provide quotations and accept payment in Canadian dollars (CAD) upon request.
If you have a project quantity, send us the door schedule, specifications, or estimated number of openings, and our team can prepare the appropriate quotation.
Absolutely. We are happy to assist architects, hardware consultants, contractors, and distributors with product selection, specifications, and door schedule review.
Simply provide us with the basic door information:
- Door height
- Door width
- Door weight
- Interior or exterior application
- Any special operating or project requirements
Based on this information, our team will recommend the most appropriate closer hinge model, hinge quantity, and configuration for each opening.
For Canadian customers, Waterson also has dedicated sales and customer support personnel based on the U.S. West Coast, allowing us to provide timely responses during North American business hours and support project discussions more efficiently.

Waterson currently does not have a warehouse or authorized distributor in Canada. Canadian orders are typically supplied directly from our factory in Taiwan.
