Our factory maintains inventory for many of our standard closer hinge models, allowing us to support Canadian projects with relatively short lead times.
For smaller projects, the typical lead time is approximately one week.

Yes. Waterson ships worldwide, including throughout Canada.
Our manufacturing facility is located in Taiwan, and we also maintain operations in the United States. For Canadian orders, we typically recommend shipping directly from Taiwan to Canada rather than routing products through the U.S.
Direct shipment helps avoid unnecessary U.S. importation and re-export costs and can provide a more efficient landed cost for Canadian projects.
Our team can recommend the most practical shipping arrangement based on the project size, destination, and delivery requirements.
Most high-demand items ship from our Michigan and California-based warehouses, however, urgent orders and larger quantities are fulfilled from either the States or our headquarters in Taiwan. We use FedX and UPS, so your urgent order will generally arrive in 1–5 working days. Larger orders would ship by ocean freight and would be to you in 30-60 days.
After the payment is received, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.
Our warehouse is in the States, and the shipping fee depends on domestic charges and the weight of the parcel.
