This return policy applies to all orders unless otherwise specified below.

Important Notice

  • To request a return and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), customers must contact our sales team in advance at hinges@watersonusa.com
  • Custom-made orders are non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs, duties, tariffs, customs fees, import taxes, credit card fees, and other payment processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • All returns require prior written approval.
  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for all return freight and related charges.

General Return Conditions – Unused Products
To be eligible for return consideration, all items must:

  • Be returned in the same condition as received
  • Be unused and not installed
  • Be returned in original packaging (damaged packaging may be accepted if the product itself is unused)
  • Include the RMA form in the return package.

General Return Conditions – Products used

  • Products showing clear signs of installation, use, modification, repainting, or damage are generally not eligible for return, as they cannot be resold without rework.
  • In such cases, return eligibility will be determined solely by our Quality Department after inspection.
  • Approval is not guaranteed.
  • Include the RMA form in the return package.
