This return policy applies to all orders unless otherwise specified below.
Important Notice
- To request a return and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), customers must contact our sales team in advance at hinges@watersonusa.com
- Custom-made orders are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs, duties, tariffs, customs fees, import taxes, credit card fees, and other payment processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- All returns require prior written approval.
- Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
- The customer is responsible for all return freight and related charges.
General Return Conditions – Unused Products
To be eligible for return consideration, all items must:
- Be returned in the same condition as received
- Be unused and not installed
- Be returned in original packaging (damaged packaging may be accepted if the product itself is unused)
- Include the RMA form in the return package.
General Return Conditions – Products used
- Products showing clear signs of installation, use, modification, repainting, or damage are generally not eligible for return, as they cannot be resold without rework.
- In such cases, return eligibility will be determined solely by our Quality Department after inspection.
- Approval is not guaranteed.
- Include the RMA form in the return package.
