Project Description

National Grid is partnering with Winter Street Architects to transform a former industrial site in Frenchtown Road into modern mixed-use spaces, using Winter Street’s expertise in urban design.

Peter Sedgwick, the spec writer, selected Waterson Hinges for the project. The doors are solid wood, 30″ x 70″, 1-¾” thick, weighs 60 pounds, and are finished in US32D. A total of 222 hinges have been ordered.

Waterson Self Closing Hinges :

    • K51M-450-A3-US32D: Full Mortise 4.5 inch x 4.5 inch, self-closing mechanical door hinge with speed adjustment, dark satin bronze, 304 stainless steel.
