Project Description

The Galatyn | Dallas, TX

Project Description

Opening fall 2025, The Galatyn offers 56 luxury homes, including two expansive penthouses. With spacious layouts and top-tier amenities, it redefines luxury living in Dallas’ Upper McKinney District. Each floor has just three homes, ensuring unmatched privacy and exclusivity.

The project manager specifically searched for UL listed spring hinges with a US4 finish that could handle 112 doors, measuring 3/0 x 8/0 x 1-3/4″ and weighing 270 lbs each for this large-scale project. After a long run, they discovered Waterson soft closing door hinges, which is the perfect solution for both function and elegance.
