Project Description

ClarkLindsey, East Central Illinois’ first nonprofit Life Plan Community, promotes excellence and well-being through a meaningful, inclusive environment. Residents thrive in a vibrant setting, empowered to live their best lives every day.

To meet the requirement in areas like foster homes and hospitals for elderly, it is important that door hinges are ADA Compliant and soft closing. For this project, the spec writer recommended Waterson ADA soft close hinges, leading to the installation of 63 spring hinge sets to improve safety and convenience for elderly.
