Traditional wall and floor-mounted door stops serve a useful function, but they come with possible risks and obvious aesthetic problems. Children and pets can get hurt, and an elegant hotel room chic appearance ruined. This is why hotel designers and owners are more and more avoiding installing obtrusive room hardware like commercial door stops whenever possible.
Invisible Best Door Stopper Design
A door stop can be used to prevent a door from hitting an adjacent wall. Building owners appreciated the built-in door stop instead of floor-mounted door stops because they eliminate trip hazards and interference with floor maintenance.
Door Stopper Plus Self-closing Door Hinges
Waterson Multifunction Closer Hinges not only can provide a door with self closing mechanisms but also an optional door stop that prevents the door from being opened more than 90°.
How Does The Best Door Stopper Look
The stop is a collar that fits over a hinge barrel. Most doors require door stops on top and bottom hinges. These can apply at the factory or job site. In the following picture, the door stop collar is a different finish from the door slab. This can easily fix per customer requests on the door stop finishes. Finishes available are Satin Brushed, Flat Black, Dark Bronze, and Stain Brass.
