TWO50 Downtown Apartment is a modern 9-story high-rise residential tower known for its clean design and practical urban comfort. Previously, the apartment’s entry door hinges were not self-closing at all.

To address this issue for safety standards, they urgently required a total of 155 commercial self closing hinge sets. With Waterson hinges that meet the ANSI A156.7 standard, this replacement project runs smoothly and easily while delivering reliable self closing and fire rated function.
