Project Description

Vanderbilt Uni Housing | Nashville, TN

Project Description

More than 1,300 students live in Vanderbilt University’s modern residential housing. To replace aging dorms and enhance living quality, they needed self closing hinges for 585 wood doors, each standard 3070 door is 1-3/4″ thick.

With Waterson self closing wood door hinges, the housing experience is improved, giving students peace of mind against unwanted break-ins.

Additionally, they also installed 314 pieces of Waterson door stoppers that hold the door at a 90-degree angle and prevent it from hitting the wall, improving students’ housing experience.
