Project Description
Moreno Elementary School | CA
13700 Nason St., Moreno Valley, CA, United States, California
Project Description
Moreno Elementary School in California faced an issue with a door opening height of only 78”, below the code minimum. The project manager was able to secure a variance, but because they were not allowed to have the closer arm protrude into the opening, Waterson hinges were the ideal solution.
This project uses 30 sets of our hinges. The hinges from Waterson are suitable for elementary schools not only because they are self-closing heavy-duty but also because they solve the code challenges
