Glen Brook Condo is a three-story, 48-unit residential with support spaces and community amenities, outdoor play areas, parking spaces, landscaped grounds, and more. The project required self-closing door hinges that work well in the property.
With a total of 60 sets of Waterson self-closing door hinges, they get a speed-controlled door operation, enhancing the overall door performance. These commercial self closing hinges help to provide safety in the property while maintaining clean aesthetics.
