Project Description
The Flor 401 Lofts is a 6-story affordable supportive housing development that provides homes for people experiencing homelessness, including veterans and low-income individuals. They require fire-rated hinges for 87 interior doors to ensure building safety.
They are working with 200lbs wood fire doors measuring 8ft tall x 3ft wide x 1-3/4″. With Waterson 3hr fire rated hinges, they have a reliable self closing mechanism with clear opening while maintaining a clean door look. Help showing that “someone cared about the residents”.
