Project Description
925 Park Avenue | Manhattan, NY
Project Description
925 Park Avenue is a residential apartment building located along one of Manhattan’s most prestigious corridors. As part of an ongoing renovation and compliance upgrade, the project required self-closing, UL-listed hinges in a 5″x5″ format for residential apartment doors (3 hinges/door). The only purpose is to meet both aesthetic expectations and strict fire code standards.
Waterson recommended heavy duty 5 inch fire door hinge for its fire-rated self-closing performance and shorter lead time compared to alternative options. With UL-listed and fully fire code-compliant, it suits multi-unit residential applications without requiring a separate door closer. The US4 Brass and US32 Stainless Steel finishes add a refined look that fits the building’s high-end character.
