Project Description

Goldfarb Properties is a real estate company that owns and manages luxury residential apartment communities and commercial spaces. For a large-scale project, they needed high-quality hinges with a closing spring and damper for 8ft doors.

A total of 30pcs swing control hinges (SA) and 30pcs latching control hinges (SA1) are provided for the project. Although the installation uses 2 Waterson hinges and 1 standard hinge on each door leaf, which is not our best recommendation for 8ft doors, but they have a durable top and bottom closer hinge.’

Specification note:

1. Each Waterson Hinge set is engineered and tested for specific door height and weight ranges as outlined in our catalog. Please install the recommended number of hinges for your door specification.

1. We do not provide warranty coverage if hinges are installed outside the recommended door specifications, including using fewer hinges than specified.
