Project Description
Respara Brentwood is a boutique luxury apartment community offering modern, resort-style amenities within a small-town setting. To enhance the overall living experience—and to align with the trend of black doors with black hardware—they required 53 sets of self-closing hinges in a flat black finish.
The doors measure 42″ W × 96″ H and 1-3/4″ thick. With Waterson self-closing black door hinges, the doors reliably return to the closed position, improving safety throughout the property while complementing the apartment’s modern design.
