Project Description
Rosewood Residence is a 17-story luxury residential nestled in the heart of Turtle Creek, offering approximately 33 residences with high-end living, elegant design, and premium amenities.
This project required soft-closing, fire-rated hinges for single-swing doors measuring about 3’6″ × 8′, 2-1/4″ thick, and 170 lbs. They needed 38 hinges in a gold US4 finish and 11 in a silver US32D finish. With Waterson, they get functionality without compromising the elegant, luxurious design.
